Malvern Bank Appoints Bucks Businessman to Board

A veteran Bucks County businessman has been selected to serve on the board of directors for Malvern Bancorp, Inc., parent company of Malvern Federal Savings Bank.

Moss is the CEO of Intercontinental Development, a privately held real estate investment company based in Ottsville. He was formerly the CEO of Intercontinental Distributing, Inc., a worldwide trading company based in Easton in Northampton County, which specialized in the sale of high-value, branded consumer products internationally.

“Michael brings a strategic connection to the Bucks and Montgomery county markets for the Company,” said Anthony C. Weagley, president and CEO of Malvern Bancorp, Inc., and Malvern Federal Savings Bank. “He exhibits the qualities that will bring added depth and expertise to the Company during a period of accelerated change in the banking industry.”
