Malvern Borough Fall Leaf Collection to start next week

Get those piles ready!

Malvern Borough Public Works is ready to kick off our annual leaf collection program! Get those piles ready—collection starts this Monday, November 3rd.

Our crews will be working hard every day to clear the leaves, aiming to complete the entire process before December. Here is the essential information you need:
Collection Period:
  • November 3rd through December 1st
What to Expect:
  • Crews will visit each street 1–2 times per week.
Our Goal:
  • To complete the initial collection by November 30th, with a final sweep across the Borough by December 1st.

Important Collection Tips for Residents:

  • Patience is Key: The speed of collection depends heavily on the volume of leaves. Thank you in advance for your patience as we work efficiently through the streets.
  • Keep it Clean: DO NOT include sticks, branches, rocks, or other yard debris in your leaf piles. These items clog and can damage our equipment, which significantly slows down the entire operation.
  • Safety First: Please try to keep piles close to the curb but away from storm drains to prevent flooding.

Let's work together to keep Malvern Borough beautiful and clean this fall!
