Malvern Borough Hall Is Open For Charging And Warming Up

MALVERN, PA —Borough Hall opened at 9 a.m. Wednesday for residents who need a place to charge their electronic devices and warm up.

Borough officials set up a room for residents on the third floor of Borough Hall, 1 E. First Ave.,

At 10:15 a.m., a total of 836 borough residents were still without power, according to PECO.
