Malvern Lifts Emergency Snow Declaration

Malvern has lifted its emergency snow declaration, the borough announced Tuesday afternoon.
The snow emergency originally was scheduled until noon on Wednesday, Jan. 28.
During snow emergencies parking is prohibited on the borough’s snow emergency routes.
