Government Work: The Malvern Borough Planning Commission is scheduled to hold its monthly meeting at the borough hall on Thursday, Aug 1. The meeting is scheduled to run from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. and you can see it on the borough's calendar here.

'Nothing On' at People's Light: The People's Light and Theatre will host Noises Off, a comedy "play-within-a-play" that features "lacy linger and plates of sardines." The play runs on Tuesday, July 30 at 7:30 p.m. and will run throughout the week.

Join the School of Rock: Malvern's branch of the School of Rock is hosting an open house so parents and potential students can see what the school is all about, as well as get a performance from some of the school's bands.

Watch the Road: We'll have more on this week's road construction, but you should know that Route 202 northbound will see lane closures between PA 29 and Cedar Hollow Road on Wednesday, July 31, from 8 to 12 p.m.
