Malvern Police Blotter: Paint It Black
The following arrest information was supplied by the Malvern Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Harassment by Communication... A borough resident reported repeated harassment from an Exton resident who previously lived in the borough. The man claimed Catherine Shaw sent him a letter in February accusing him of burglary at two locations, though he had never met her. Shaw made similar accusations against the man in June 2011, according to police.
Vandalism... Police received a report the morning of Feb. 29 that someone had splashed black paint on the doors and window of Kids Clothesline on West King Street.
Underage drinking… Two 16-year-old boys from Haddonfield, N.J, were charged with underage drinking after being pulled over on West King Street at 9:38 p.m. on March 1. Officers confiscated 26 cans of Natural Ice—one empty, 25 unopened—and both boys were issued nontraffic citations. The driver of the vehicle had not been drinking.
