Malvern Ready to Bloom for Annual Spring Festival
The borough will be alive with activity this weekend for its annual Malvern Blooms Festival, which added a Saturday downtown stroll.

It’s hard to deny the anticipation around the community for this weekend’s annual Malvern Blooms Festival, the spring celebration of the borough’s small town charm and all it has to offer. The event has become such a big spectacle, organizers added a preview tour of the borough’s downtown shops.
On Saturday, May 2, guests are invited for a Saturday Stroll from noon to 4 p.m. of the retail and dining district on King Street. Vendors from the Malvern Farmers Market will offer samples of their specialties in the Gallagher’s parking lot, giving hungry visitors a taste before they stop into one of the borough’s restaurants. The stroll will also feature live music and free trolley rides.
That will just be the warm-up to Sunday’s main event, the Malvern Blooms Festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. King Street and Burke Park will be filled with local artists and crafters.
