Malvern Student Recovering from Coma-Inducing Punch

A Great Valley High School student woke up from a coma Thursday afternoon after a punch to the face sent him to the hospital Wednesday morning, according to NBC Philadelphia.
The parents of Selvin Cartagena, 17, of Willistown, told NBC 10 that their son is recovering from the incident at Paoli Hospital.
According to the report, Selvin got into an argument over headphones with a friend at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the high school. When the argument turned physical, the friend punched Selvin in the face, which sent him into a coma.
