Meet Malvern Patch's Greatest Baseball Fan

The votes are in, and one photo subject has emerged as Malvern Patch's Greatest Baseball Fan. Two-and-a-half-year-old Zachary Ebersole drew the most votes with a photo taken at his first-ever Phillies game last year.

The photo is now entered into the regional competition for a prize package worth $250.

Janine Ebersole, a single mom raising Zachary in Malvern Borough, submitted the photo. She related via email a story demonstrating her son's love of the game.

Zachary loves baseball and got very upset last weekend at Monument Park when I wouldn't let him go onto the field to join the little league team.  On our walk home we found a baseball in the parking lot of the townhouse complex where we live, and he has insisted on sleeping with it every night since, lol.
