Snow Emergency Declared In Malvern
Residents are requested to park vehicles in driveways and off the street to provide emergency vehicles access.
MALVERN, PA— Malvern Mayor Zeyn Uzman declared a snow emergency from 7 a.m. today until noon Saturday, Jan. 20, to facilitate the movement of traffic and combat the hazards of excessive snow and ice on the highways.
Motorists are prohibited from driving vehicles or tractors on designated highways unless the vehicles or tractors are equipped with traction to drive so other traffic will not be blocked or seriously impeded.
During the emergency, vehicles are prohibited from parking on these highways:

- Bridge Street – from King Street to Old Lincoln Highway
- King Street – from the eastern borough line to the western borough line
- Monument Avenue – from Sugartown Road to Warren Avenue
- Old Lincoln Highway – from the eastern borough line to the western borough line
- Sugartown Road – from the southern borough line to King Street
- Warren Avenue – from Paoli Pike to the northern borough line
Violators will be ticketed and towed.
Residents are requested to park vehicles in driveways and off the street during the snow emergency to allow fire, ambulance, and other necessary vehicles access.
