Thank Your Emergency Responders Here

Thursday night's bomb scare was a prime example of the critical role that police, firefighters, ambulance personnel and other first responders fill in our community.
Along those lines, Willistown resident Danielle Kennedy emailed Patch with a great suggestion:
I was wondering if you could have a place on the Patch where the residents of Willistown, Malvern, West Chester, and East Whiteland could post statements of gratitude to all the first responders that were there to remove, transport, and detonate the bombs last night.
As scary as it was for us, I can’t imagine how the first responders and their loved ones must have felt. I am so grateful that they were the ones to detonate these bombs in a safe manner and not some madman intent on hurting innocent people.
We're happy to provide a space for residents to express their thanks to the many brave people who put themselves at risk to keep the community safe.
