Underground Transformer Fire Reported in Radnor
A Monday night fire caused dozens to lose power in the Wayne section of Radnor.

Fire crews responded to an underground transformer fire on the 100 block of North Wayne Avenue in Radnor, according to NBC 10.
The fire reportedly started in the basement vault of the Suburban Building, an office building housing several shops, according to 6ABC. There are reports of a bang or explosion moments before the fire started, according to media sources.
The incident caused several business to lose power as PECO crews responded to the scene. According to 6ABC, most of the electricity had been restored by 11 p.m. No injuries had been reported, and investigators remain on the scene, attempting to determine the cause of the fire.
