The Washington Memorial Heritage To Celebrate Constitution Month

The Washington Memorial Heritage and David Cross and Indispensable Leadership (LLC) have announced that they will be honoring Constitution Month with an insightful leadership forum examining George Washington’s often unnoticed influence and role in the U.S. Constitution.

The “George Washington And The Constitution” forum, which is part of the “Lead Like George” leadership series, will be held at the Washington Memorial Chapel (Rt. 23 Valley Forge Park, Valley Forge, PA) Thursday, September 8 at 6 PM.

During the event, David Cross will discuss Washington’s arduous journey from his victory at Yorktown to his triumph of the Ratification of the Constitution. When, against all odds, he commanded his army, with his leadership skills upfront and visible. In guiding his country to a new form of government, his tactics were far less visible but every bit as invaluable. The indispensable founder, once again, proving that leadership styles should vary by situation. A lesson that is just as valuable in today’s modern world.

The Washington Memorial Heritage Leadership Forum Series is a History/Leadership and Author Events Program that kicked off earlier this year at the Washington Memorial Chapel. Drawing upon America’s Revolutionary history, the program examines the challenges and decisions faced by the country’s Founders. Analyzing their experiences, the program provides lessons which help attendees in their business and personal life.

The price will be $20 per person per session; students with proof of student status will be admitted free.
