Broomall Fire Co. Looking For Future Firefighters

BROOMALL–The . is looking for future firefighters in the community, from ages 13-16, to join the fire company's .

The fire company is looking for its next class of graduates this Thursday, March 8, at 7 p.m. at an open house at the fire house on Malin Road in Broomall.

The Cadet Firefighter Program will teach and train the young cadets with the following experience and knowledge:

• Train with seasoned firefighters
• Learn firefighting skills and how to use equipment
• Be trained in fire, rescue and emergency medical services
• Become CPR/AED certified
• To serve in the community
• Participate in special events with the fire company
• Learn about fire service and what it could mean for their future

Reservations are required. Registration may be taken at Thursday's open house.
