MARPLE-NEWTOWN, PA — It's after 8 p.m. and polls are closed in the 2025 primary election, and voters in Marple and Newtown townships have cast their ballots in a few local races.
This election, voters weighed in on the Marple Newtown School Board.
Candidates in this election, all of whom were cross filed as Democrats and Republicans, were Thomas J. Raymond Jr., Edward Madrak, Andrew Davis, Barbara Harvey, Kathleen Byrne, Dave Dezzi, Nicholas V. Siano, and Ian Ross.

As for the Newtown Township supervisors, Republican voters cast ballots for Leonard B. Altieri III and Maria Frigoletto Kane. Democratic residents voted for Cheryl Grosso and Paul Seligson.
