Newtown Police, Township Reach 5-Year Contract Agreement

Newtown Township and the Delaware County Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 27, on behalf of its members of the Newtown Township Police Department, entered into a new five-year Collective Bargaining Agreement, effective January 2025.

The Board of Supervisors recognizes the service and sacrifice of our police officers and fully supports their efforts to continuously provide professional, responsive and quality service within our community. Our deepest gratitude goes out to the Police Department of Newtown Township.
