MEDIA, PA — Monday is Memorial Day, and Media is preparing to honor the military members who gave their lives in service to the nation.
The 2023 Memorial Day Parade in Media will take place at 10 a.m.
Marchers will step off on State Street and end at the courthouse in Media.

This year's Grand Marshal is former Springfield Police Chief Joe Daly.
Daly has 57 years in law enforcement, 15 of which were with the Springfield Township. He led the Lower Merion Police Department for 14 years before joining Springfield's force.

In addition to his nearly six decades serving local Delaware County communities, Daly has degrees from Temple, Penn State, and Villanova universities and the FBI National Academy.
