Delco Arts Week: What You Need To Know

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Delco Arts Week will feature numerous exhibitions, performances, workshops, and more later this month across the county.

The nine-day event will run from Saturday, Sept. 21 to Sunday, Sept. 29 throughout Delaware County.

More than 60 events are planned for the sixth annual Delco Arts Week.

The celebration of the performing, visual and creative arts includes concerts, film, dance, exhibitions, festivals, workshops, activities for kids, and more, many free to the public.

Highlighted Delco Arts Week events are featured below.

"I believe in the transformative power of the arts to educate, heal and connect us," Tara Jones, CEO of the Chester Cultural Arts and Technology Center, said. "Delco Arts Week is a vital opportunity to celebrate our community's creativity and showcase the diverse talent within Delaware County. There is literally something for everyone, arts and culture are available in every corner of Delco, and we love it!"
