New 'Bachelor' Show Featuring Philly-Area Woman Premiers Thursday

ASTON, PA — Delaware County will be represented on national TV through a new iteration of the hit ABC series "The Bachelor."

"The Golden Bachelor" premiers at 8 p.m. Thursday and feature 22 women between 60 and 75 years old in hopes of finding love with 71-year-old Gerry Turner.

Among them is Aston's Susan Noles.

Noles, 66, is a wedding officiant and hair and makeup artist who loves golf, The Rolling Stones and Pink Floyd, and time with her family at the beach (aka down the shore), according to ABC's website.

"Susan knows what she's looking for in a man and hopes Gerry is athletic, funny and honest," Noles' bio reads on the ABC website. "For Susan, this journey is all about finding her forever, so here's hoping she can find that meaningful connection with Gerry."

According to the Delaware County Daily Times, Noles' ex-husband is former Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Dickie Noles.

Noles joins recent "The Bachelorette" finalist Joey Graziadei in representing the Philadelphia area.

Graziadei, a Collegeville native, was named the titular bachelor for the upcoming season of "The Bachelor" bachelorette Charity Lawson accepted Dotun Olubeko's proposal.
