Snow Could Mean Slippery Monday

Forecasters are expecting 2-4 inches.

Snow overnight and throughout Monday could lead to some slippere conditions, according to the National Weather Service.

A Winter Weather advisory has been issued through 6 p.m. Monday.

Snow accumulations are expected at 2 to 4 inches with the greatest accumulations on unpaved surfaces.

The winter weather advisory gives this timeline for the storm:

The snow is anticipated to mix with rain again on Monday afternoon. The  area of precipitation is expected to move off the coast on Monday night.

Temperatures are expected to be mainly in the mid 30s.

The National Weather Service is advising residents to “be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibility. Use extra caution if driving.”
