• Tax–aide program needs volunteers (riverreporter.com) — Milford residents are being asked to step up as volunteers for the Pike/Wayne AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program, which offers free tax preparation to older adults with low to moderate incomes. Training, held in January 2026, combines self-study and classes, and volunteers then help prepare returns or greet clients between February and April.
