• Police news – December 24 (lockhaven.com) — State police are investigating a burglary at Rey Azteca in Mill Hall, where someone pried open a door and stole cash before damaging the register. Troopers released a brief suspect description from video and are asking anyone with information to contact PSP Lamar. The report also lists several recent regional crashes with minor injuries.

• Annual Mark the Shark Toy Drive helps hundreds (lockhaven.com) — Mill Hall Elementary students and other KCSD schools helped power Mark “the Shark” Schlesinger’s long-running Toys for Tots drive, sending toys from Mill Hall to children across Clinton County. With donations collected at Walmart and distributed through local churches and charities, organizers expect close to 1,000 area kids to receive gifts this holiday season.
