• Police: Alleged child abuse of toddlers goes back several years (northcentralpa.com) — State police based in Milton have charged two parents after caseworkers allegedly found three very young children living in filthy, unsafe conditions at a White Deer Township apartment. The investigation, which also reviewed earlier concerns in Dauphin County, led to the children’s removal and medical evaluations that documented significant neglect and developmental delays. Preliminary hearings are scheduled in early January.
