15 Charged with Underage Drinking at Party

Tyler James Brubach, 20, of Moon, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking shortly after midnight Dec. 4 in the 800 block of Kris Drive. 

Police charged 14 others at the Kris Drive residence with underage drinking following complaints from neighbors about loud music coming from the home. 

Police said Brubach was in possession of two pipes and provided alcohol to partygoers at the residence. 

David J. Isabella, 28, of Pittsburgh, was charged with theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake and receiving stolen property on Dec. 4. The time and date of the arrest were not available. Police said he attempted to sell a Blackberry phone left behind in a Yellow Cab vehicle.
