Changes to Moon Leaf, Brush Pick-Up Announced

The will pick up brush at township curb-sides through Oct. 28.

Brush pick-up dates will correspond with residents' garbage collection schedule.

The township's leaf-collection effort will extend from Oct. 24 through Dec. 2. There no longer will be Saturday pick-up. Leaf collection will now run on the same schedule as residents' garbage collection. 

Leaves must be placed by 8 a.m. at curb-sides in a brown-paper biodegradable bags. Leaves, brush and garbage are to be separated. 

Brush is to be stacked at the curbside and should not exceed 6 feet in length and 4 inches in diameter.
