Letter to the Editor: Moon Education Marked by Professionalism, Respect

A reader responds to Patch's request for a Shout-Out for local teachers.

Good Afternoon,

My name is Brandon Michael Corbett, and I am writing in regard to the online article regarding . I must say, this is a very difficult question to answer. I have been involved with the for many years, and I must say wholeheartedly, each and every teacher and administrator truly goes the extra mile each and every day to educate the students, in preparing them for their future. I am truly amazed with the education that the students receive at Moon Area. It is amazing to see how much the teachers and administrators care about the students, as well as their education. The teachers, along with the school district, strive to let the very best shine through each and every student. The teachers are truly without a doubt preparing the students for success.

Seeing first hand, the professionalism found in the classrooms and throughout Moon Area School District inspires each and every student to do there best. The expectations are high in the classrooms, and the teachers always implement ways for the students to reach those expectations. It is through those expectations that each and every student that graduates from Moon Area School District is a very well-educated, respectful, and responsible young adult.

I can't thank the teachers and the school district enough for all that they do for the students. I am proud to say that I have "Tiger Pride," and I always will, due to the wonderful teachers found in Moon Area School District.

I hope this gives you and idea, Miss Staul, at how much the teachers do for the students each and every day. I am so very proud of Moon Area School District, and I thank you for giving me the opportunity to make this shout-out to the teachers.

I thank you for your time, and your attention to this matter.

Respectfully,

Brandon M. Corbett
