Police Blotter: Generator Stolen from Cimarron Plan
Moon Township police blotter for Wednesday, Feb. 7.

made the following recent arrests and responded to the following incidents in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.Â
- Contractors reported a generator valued at $429 stolen Jan. 3 from the Cimarron Plan. The 3,250 watt gasoline Centurion generator was found missing from a box truck parked near lot 204 in the plan. Contractors said a padlock was removed from the truck's door, but no other items were found missing. No one was charged in connection with the incident.Â
- Jordan Richard Brown, 21, of Sewickely, was charged with theft by unlawful taking at 4 a.m. Aug. 7. He was taken into custody on an arrest warrant Feb. 5 in Sewickley.
- Robert John Beiber 48, of Moon, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana at 11 p.m. Jan. 27 on Forest Green Drive after a one-vehicle crash. Police said Beiber's vehicle struck a tree. He was not seriously injured, according to police records.Â
