Whiz Kids: Moon Athletes Read Dr. Seuss, Marketing Students Compete in DECA

  • students on Thursday endorsed a that makes it a primary offense to text or browse the Internet while driving. Members of the school's SAAD organization wore signs that contained messages and statistics about the dangers of texting and driving. Students attended an assembly to learn more about the new law.
  • Members of the varsity wrestling team read Dr. Seuss stories to a group of children at storytime Feb. 28 at the and also helped children in making a craft project. The effort was a part of a community service project for the team.
  • marketing students at the Pennsylvania State DECA Conference in February qualifed to compete at the International DECA Conference in Salt Lake City April 28 through May 1. Students Jimmy Farbo, Matt McCready, Stefani Monteleone, Matt Norris, Lindsay Ottaviani, Zach Rich, Connor Roth and Doug Rutherford qualifed to attend.
