• Generous 'mystery man' aids Kulpmont fire victims with free essentials at local thrift shop (wnep.com) — Mount Carmel residents who lost homes in a recent fire are being quietly helped again by a generous “mystery man,” who is covering the cost of essentials they pick out at Kulpmont Thrift. After another major fire hit nearby Kulpmont this weekend, he extended the same offer, letting displaced families choose clothing, dishes, and even Christmas decorations at no charge while they rebuild.
