• Pennsylvania State Police looking for man last seen in Armstrong County (wpxi.com) — State police are asking New Bethlehem residents for help finding 40-year-old Brandon Michael Franklin, last seen leaving the Press Your Luck Casino on Broad Street and walking down Hunter Way on Dec. 6. Troopers say extensive searches around New Bethlehem have turned up nothing so far and urge anyone with information to call PSP Kittanning or the statewide tips line immediately.
