Bucks Co. Hotel Wins Award For Best Boutique Property In The Northeast

NEW HOPE, PA — River House at Odette’s has been named a winner in the 2025 NorthStar Meetings Group Stella Awards presented by the meetings and events industry.

The hotel, located on South Main Street, has garnered a prestigious Silver Award for Best Boutique property in the Northeast.

Located on the quiet banks of the Delaware River, the River House at Odette's is a boutique hotel with 36 cozy rooms (augmented by two adjacent elegant guest houses), a lobby piano lounge and a rooftop bar.

Opened in 2020, the property stands where famed musician and actress Odette Myrtil once housed her boisterous cabaret.

The meeting planners specifically liked the River House’s “various eclectic spaces with cutting-edge technology and special private-event menu options available for meetings of up to 200 people, as well as luncheons, cocktail receptions and dinner parties.”

In a Facebook posting, the River House responded to the award with two words: “proud moment.” They also thanked its team and guests for “helping us shine!”

Northstar's Stella Awards recognize the pinnacle in achievement in key meeting and event industry sectors such as hotels, convention and conference centers, airlines, cruise lines, destination marketing organizations, and destination management companies.

This year's winners were selected from more than 10,000 votes and a record-breaking 1,009 nominations.

The 2025 Stella Award winners and finalists span 16 categories and six regions worldwide, and set the gold standard for excellence in areas like staff professionalism, sustainable practices and overall service quality. Nominees earn the accolades through votes from meeting planners, followed by a rigorous evaluation by a panel of judges selected by Northstar's editors.
