1. Bucks County SPCA — The Bucks County SPCA assists animals in need and prevents suffering through rescues, rehoming, cruelty investigation and community outreach. They work to keep animals in their homes and out of the shelter system by offering temporary boarding for pets referred by a social service agency during emergencies, and by donating pet supplies to food pantries. 2. Avery’s Hope — Avery’s Hope raises money and awareness for rare, ultra-rare and undiagnosed pediatric GI patient families assisting with out-of-pocket and insurance-denied expenses. Avery’s Hope also offers small individual awards to families in need, and partners with National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) and offers a Rare Pediatric GI Lodging Assistance Program.
