Local charity New Hope Helping has helped fund the new sound system at the New Hope Solebury School Asplundh Stadium. With connections at Electro-Voice and Dynacord, the group was able to provide a full design and purchase the speakers and amps for the stadium.

The sound system was a much-needed component for the stadium, and it was designed for the best coverage in the stands while minimizing sound to the surrounding neighborhoods. Speakers all around the new field house help people hear the action on the field. The sound system was installed and programmed by systems integrator AVS Installations. The whole system turns on and operates at the touch of a button.

The system was a way for the charity to draw on expertise from systems designers and put their funding to work for the school for this special project. Each year New Hope Helping contributes several scholarships to NHS seniors to help pay for college or trade school. It’s all part of their mission of supporting health, education and relief for New Hope and the surrounding communities.
