Power Outages In Lambertville After Severe Weather, High Winds

Around 734 Lambertville homes and businesses have lost power, according to an emergency notification Friday morning.

LAMBERTVILLE, NJ — Power outages have been reported in Lambertville on Friday due to a tree on a power line.

The City of Lambertville sent a message to residents Friday saying approximately 734 properties were without power.

Jersey Central Power & Light has dispatched personnel to Lambertville, the city said. JCP&L has not yet provided an estimated time of restoration.

"If you are without power and have not reported it, please either call, log on to JCP&L website to report it, or send a text message," city officials advised.

The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for Hunterdon County through 10 a.m. Friday. Winds in the area could have gusts up to 35 mph, according to the weather service.
