A listing by Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe and Carl Gambino of Compass describes the Hadid family farm as "a true Bucks County sanctuary that masterfully blends heritage, design, and modern living."
First deeded in 1682 by William Penn, the Bucks County farm has stood the test of time for more than three centuries. What began as fertile farmland has evolved into a sanctuary of refined living, seamlessly blending historic architecture with modern luxury, the listing says.
In 1832, the estate was described as "a splendid Bucks County farm," a reputation it continues to uphold today, says the listing. "From its stone buildings and lavender fields to its equestrian facilities and guest cottages, the property is more than a residence — it is a legacy."
The property's three-story stone farmhouse "offers the perfect blend of heritage and comfort," according to the listing.
Built in 1810, the house has withstood the test of time, the listing says. "This charming, happy home has three bedrooms, five bathrooms, five wood-burning fireplaces, a kitchen, a formal diningroom, and livingroom, an office, and a TV room.
"This extraordinary estate offers a rare combination of timeless charm and purposeful updates across more than 6,000 square feet of refined living space," reads the listing. "Every corner of the property has been thoughtfully designed to support both relaxation and entertaining, from its sweeping farmland views to the curated interiors and natural textures throughout."
