• 1644 Powderhorn Dr: A 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home with more than 4,500 square feet on 1 acre sold on Feb. 23 for $857,500.
• 204 Palmer Aly: A 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with more than 3,500 square feet sold on Feb. 20 for $710,000.
• 149 Willow Dr: A 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home on Willow Drive sold on Feb. 7 for $702,000.
