7 Thefts From Cars Reported In An Hour, Suspect Sought [VIDEO]

Do you recognize the man in this video? Upper Makefield police say he stole cash and gift cards from 7 cars in an hour on Monday morning.

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — A rash of car thefts were reported early Monday morning in Upper Makefield Township.

According to police, there were seven thefts from cars between 3 and 4 a.m. The thefts occurred on Woodside Lane and Hibbs Lane, a neighborhood off River and Brownsburg roads near Brownsburg Park.

Money and gift cards were stolen.

Authorities are now seeking the suspect, last seen wearing a grey hoodie, sweat pants, and a white t-shirt.

A video of the suspect can be seen below. Police ask if you recognize the person, or have any additional video from your home surveillance system, to contact them at (215) 968-3020.

Residents who saw anything suspicious should also notify the police.

"We would also like to remind our residents to please lock your doors," police said.
