Arrest Made In Connection With KVK Tech Robbery
An arrest has been made in connection with the June robbery at KVK Tech in Newtown Township.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — An arrest has been made in connection with a June robbery at a Newtown Township business during which two men allegedly threatened to shoot the security guards.
Jamal Tahim Rorie, of Philadelphia, is facing multiple charges in connection with the June 10 robbery at KVK Tech on Campus Drive, Newtown Township police announced Tuesday.
The robbery was reported just after 4:30 a.m. When police officers responded, overnight security staff said two men got inside the building and demanded to know the location of any drugs.

When the security guards told them the location did not have drugs on site, the men allegedly forced the staff into an office and threatened to shoot them if they tried to escape.

Following a police investigation, authorities determined that between May 7 and June 10 multiple people were on the KVK Property and had access to the inside of the building.
Rorie, who is also known as Jamal Bentley, was identified as one of those people. Officers charged him on Sept. 12. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $750,000 bail.
