Bomba Taco + Bar To Open New Spot In Newtown

NEWTOWN, PA — Bomba Taco + Bar, a restaurant and cocktail spot with locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania, will open its doors in Newtown in February.

Named for the Puerto Rican music and dance genre, the casual restaurant promises a vibrant atmosphere and a good time. Bomba will offer menus for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and happy hour.

"We are committed to serving the highest quality ingredients with a focus on sourcing responsibly," Bomba wrote in an online mission statement. "Whenever possible, our farms raise their animals humanely without the use of antibiotics or added hormones."

In addition to tacos, bowls, soups, salads, guacamole, salsa, and a range of starters, the restaurant features an extensive drink menu with tequila, bourbon, and rum as the starting points.

Part of the Paladar Restaurant Group, Bomba is the sister concept of Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar. This is Bomba's second Pennsylvania location.

Upon opening, the restaurant can be found at 2801 Eagle Rd.
