Bucks Co. Woman Honored With Prestigious Community Impact Awards
Rebecca Kelly, director of strategic partnerships at Capital Health, has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the region.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Bucks County resident Rebecca Kelly, director of strategic partnerships at Capital Health, has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the region with two significant awards.
Kelly was named the Community Impact and Outreach Champion by the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce, an honor presented to individuals or businesses at its annual Champions of Commerce Awards (November 2024) that drive positive change and improve the quality of life in Lower Bucks County.
Additionally, she received the Community Leader of the Year award from the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber during their Legacy of Leadership Awards (December 2024) celebrating leaders who distinguish themselves in their careers and within the community.

Known for her dedication to forging meaningful partnerships that enhance public health education and advocacy, Kelly’s work has made a lasting impact since she joined Capital Health in 2016.
“I’m honored to have received recognition from two Chambers of Commerce for community-focused initiatives I’ve had the privilege of leading on behalf of Capital Health,” Kelly said. “I’m deeply grateful that my work is being recognized, as it reflects both the impact of our efforts and the importance of contributing to Capital Health’s mission to improve the well-being of our community.”

Kelly’s role at Capital Health frequently positions her as the public face of the organization, where she actively represents the hospital in numerous business associations and chambers, including the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce, Newtown Business Association, Upper Makefield Business Association, Hamilton Partnership and the Princeton-Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Since 2019, she’s served as a board member for the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce and was the chair of the Princeton-Mercer Regional Chamber’s Healthcare Symposium for five years.
Kelly’s career is a testament to her passion and commitment to making a positive difference.
She has been previously honored with the Fred Young Champion of Business Award from the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber and the Bucks County YWCA’s “Women Who Make a Difference” award. For the second consecutive year, she continues to serve as an Honorary Commander for Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.
Her efforts have consistently promoted preventative health through innovative and engaging initiatives. Kelly’s leadership at Capital Health and her dedication to regional outreach initiatives, such as the Capital Healthy Students Initiative, continue to make a lasting impact in the community.
A proud graduate of Council Rock North and The College of New Jersey, Kelly and her family reside in Bucks County.
