5 Elected To Newtown Business Association's Board Of Directors

NEWTOWN, PA — The Newtown Business Association (NBA) has announced the results of its 2025 Board of Directors election.

Following a vote of the membership, the following candidates have been elected to serve on the NBA Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning in January:

  • Angelo Louridas – Bill Mervin Mortgage Team
  • Christa Kusler – Funding America Mortgage LLC
  • Panagiota “Yiota” Razzano – Yiayia's Kouzina, The Dugout
  • Madeline Jones – BHHS Fox & Roach
  • Karen Ulmer – Karen Ann Ulmer, P.C., Attorneys at Law

"The NBA thanks all candidates who put their names forward and the members who participated in the election process. The willingness of members to serve reflects the strength and engagement of the local business community," the NBA said in a statement announcing the election results.

The Newtown Business Association represents and supports local businesses in Newtown, serving as a hub for networking, collaboration and community engagement. The NBA’s mission is to promote and enhance the Newtown business community, fostering economic growth and vitality.

The organization annually organizes Newtown Welcome Day, the Newtown Business Expo, the Newtown Antique & Classic Car Show, and the Newtown Holiday Parade. It also hosts monthly business card exchanges, organizes ribbon cuttings, holds networking happy hours and plans Lunch and Learn events.
