BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Bucks County has nearly 2,000 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus, with the highest concentration of cases in the lower and central parts of the county.

New data released this week by the state shows the case counts by ZIP code. In Bucks County, the ZIP codes with the highest number of cases include Doylestown, Bensalem, and Morrisville, the data shows.

The county reported its first cases on March 10. Since then, cases have been reported in all but one Bucks County municipality (Haycock Township). Of the 1,977 cases confirmed as of Tuesday, there have been 99 deaths.

Local hospitals have been able to keep pace, with more than two dozen I.C.U. beds available as of Tuesday, data from the state shows.
