Bucks County Snow Totals: Who Got The Most, And How Much?

Find out which Bucks County towns got the most snow during Tuesday winter storm.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The snow came down fast and furious for a while Tuesday morning, accumulating rapidly on streets, sidewalks and yards.

As predicted, the jackpot area was along the Lehigh and Northampton County line in extreme Upper Bucks County where more than 10 inches of snow was reported.

Springtown was the sweet spot in Bucks County recording 10.5 inches. East Rockhill measured 8.9 inches while Quakertown, Bedminster, Buckingham and Gardenville all came in with 7 inches. Further down county, Warminster measured 5.5 inches while Langhorne and Northampton each totaled three inches.

The heavy snow, arriving just in time for the morning commute, caused havoc on some county roadways, especially in the center part of the county where Solebury Township Police reported numerous motorists stranded on Route 202 between New Jersey and Buckingham.

Road closures were reported in Solebury, Doylestown Township and in New Britain Township for a combination of stuck vehicles, fallen trees and toppled utility poles.

Schools throughout Bucks County closed schools and district offices giving some kids a snow day while requiring other students to participate in asynchronous learning.

  • Furlong - 6.0 inches
  • Warminster - 5.5 inches
  • New Hope - 5.0 inches
  • Langhorne - 3.0 inches
  • Lower Makefield - 3.0 inches
  • Northampton Township - 3.0 inches
  • Wrightstown Township - 3.0 inches
