The Capital Grille Launches Exclusive Cheeseburger And Wine Pairing
Through its Wagyu and Wine program, customers can indulge and select from three gourmet wagyu burgers and three Duckhorn Portfolio Reds.

NEWTOWN, PA — In celebration of National Cheeseburger Day the Capital Grille will be serving an exclusive one-of-a-kind cheeseburger pairing for the next two months.
The Capital Grille in Philadelphia, Newtown and King of Prussia have brought back Wagyu & Wine, an exclusive pairing where guests can indulge and select from three gourmet wagyu burgers and three Duckhorn Portfolio Reds that are rarely served-by-the-glass. Happening now through Friday, November 1, guests can treat themselves to this one-of-a-kind hand-crafted pairing starting at $40 in The Capital Grille lounge.

- The Capital Grille’s Wagyu Cheeseburger, layered with grilled onions, steak sauce and Vermont white cheddar cheese. Suggested Pairing: Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot
- Wagyu Blue Cheese and Black Truffle Burger, topped with cabernet-braised red onions. Suggested Pairing: Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
- Wagyu Roasted Wild Mushroom and Swiss Burger, layered with roasted shiitake, Jarlsberg cheese and truffle aioli. Suggested Pairing: Migration Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
As an exclusive special for Wagyu & Wine, guests can replace their fries for Chips & Caviar, a caramelized onion and caviar dip served with housemade chips, for $20.
