Council Rock School Board Primary Election 2025: See Live Results

NEWTOWN, PA — Polls have now closed and voters in the Council Rock School District have selected their candidates in the contested school board race in Tuesday's primary election.

In the race for school board, eight candidates are vying for four open seats in four of the district's regions. Seven of the candidates have cross-filed, meaning they are running on both the Republican and Democratic ballots.

The field includes three incumbents who are running for re-election in Region 3, 6 and 9 and five hopefuls. Two of the regions are in Northampton Township - Region 3 and Region 6 - and two are in the Newtown area - Region 8 (Upper Makefield) and Region 9 (Wrightstown and two voting districts in Newtown Township).

Results by the Bucks County Board of Elections are unofficial until they are certified at a later date.
