Daytime Utility Work To Close And Detour Lindenhurst Road
During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 332 (Newtown Bypass), Durham Road, and Route 532 (Washington Crossing Road).

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — PECO Energy will be performing utility construction on Lindenhurst Road in Newtown and Lower Makefield townships for the next four months.
From Jan. 7 through April 30, Lindenhurst Road will be closed and detoured weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. between Route 332 (Newtown Bypass) and Route 532 (Washington Crossing Road).
During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 332 (Newtown Bypass), Durham Road, and Route 532 (Washington Crossing Road).

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
PECO Energy will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
