Documentary On Regenerative Agriculture Showcased At Newtown Theatre
Narrated by Woody Harrelson, Kiss the Ground is a full-length documentary that sheds light on a "new, old approach" to farming

NEWTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The historic Newtown Theatre will screen the documentary, “Kiss the Ground,” on Tuesday, Sept. 20 beginning at 7:30 p.m. The screening is co-hosted by Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve.
Narrated by Woody Harrelson, Kiss the Ground is a full-length documentary that sheds light on a “new, old approach” to farming called regenerative agriculture, a practice with the extraordinary ability to balance climate, replenish vast water supplies, and feed the world.
Following the movie, Stephanie Murphy, PhD, director of the Rutgers University Soil Testing Laboratory, will be available to discuss the film and answer questions. Murphy has 17 years of experience in soil science research and teaching.

Tickets for this special one-night-only screening are available at TheNewtownTheatre.com for $15 per person or $10 for members of the theatre and Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve. Any remaining tickets will be sold for $20 at the door for everyone on the night of the movie (if available).
