Questions

Why are you running for school board?

I am running for school board to give back to the district and the community that gave me so much. As a blind student, the education and skill set I received in Council Rock would not have been replicated in other districts. I believe my unique point of view as a recent student with a disability will provide the board constant insight into challenges faced by CR students every day.

If elected, what will your priorities be?

My priorities as a member of the school board will be simple. We need to supply our students with the strongest, most well-rounded education while keeping costs as low as possible for community members and families where every dollar matters. Our current board has raised school taxes substantially, over 50 percent in the last two years.

3. What do you see as the major issues facing the district and how would you address them?

If elected, I will work to end tax increases. And with my recent experience as a student, I will work to insure Council Rock utilizes modern tools such as AI in the most productive manner possible. I seek to show to our students and all community members that their voice matters, no matter their background.
