The village was once home to employees who worked at the American Reduction Co. plant. John Stawovy bought the village in 1948 for $10,000, the Tribune-Review reports. His son, David, says the family wants to sell it because they can't afford the maintenance, the report said.
The property has been on the market nearly 150 days, according to WTAE.
