Based on the 1995 British novel by the same name, “High Fidelity” stars John Cusack as the owner of a failing Chicago record store that sells music the old-fashioned way – on vinyl. Rob also grapples with a recent breakup and tries to figure out why his relationships consistently fail. He revisits past relationships, compiling a “top five” list of his worst breakups, seeking to understand the reasons behind them and, ultimately, learn from his mistakes.
